Shipping & Returns
Know how your package is shipped, and the cover you get before choosing. For international customers we have explained ways for you to get cheaper shipping, so please read before ordering to get the best price.

Orders made before 3pm will go out same day. Orders after 3pm will go out the following working day. Please allow an extra day if going via Parcelforce/courier (we reserve the right to use alternate courier for same price).

UK Orders

There are plenty of options for shipping in the UK. Listed as follows.

Please note that some shipping options have a weight limit, if this limit is exceeded then we may split your order into two separate shipments.

First Class post Small Packet – This is valid for anything up to 4kg in weight allowing 1-3 days for delivery, but normally delivered next working day. This option is not available for orders over £40 in total as it offers no tracking or level of compensation.

First Class Recorded Signed for Small Packet - This is valid for anything up to 4kg in weight allowing 1-3 days for delivery, but normally delivered next working day. This is trackable and a signature will be required on delivery.

Special Delivery - This is valid for anything up to 10kg in weight and is delivered next day by 1pm. Please note if your order is being sent to a work address on a Friday, you may not receive it until the Monday. This is trackable and a signature will be required on delivery.

Parcelforce Express 48 - This is valid for anything up to 30kg in weight. Guaranteed delivery in two working days to the majority of UK destinations. Online tracking and proof of delivery.

Parcelforce Express 24 - This is valid for anything up to 30kg in weight. Guaranteed next working day delivery by close of business to the majority of UK destinations. Online tracking and proof of delivery.

Overseas Orders

The options for shipping internationally are listed as follows. If you are placing a big order that weighs more that 2kg (weight will be listed at checkout for you) you may find it cheaper to split your order into two consignments, as Parcelforce can get quite expensive. (for example, a Parcelforce value shipping option to Hungary for a 4kg package would cost you around £41, whereas splitting it into two orders will mean I can ship out each part of the order to you using international signed for shipping at approx £15 a package - £30 total, or by normal Airmail at approx £11 a package - £22 total making it a lot cheaper for you to receive your goods).

Royal Mail Airmail Small Packet - This is valid for anything up to 2kg in weight allowing 3-5 working days for delivery to Europe 7-10 working days for elsewhere. This option is not available for orders over £40 in total as it offers no tracking or level of compensation..

Royal Mail International Signed For Small Packet - is valid for anything up to 2kg in weight allowing 3-5 working days for delivery to Europe 7-10 working days for elsewhere. International Signed For items are electronically tracked only up to the point they leave the UK.

Parcelforce Global economy - This is valid for anything up to 30kg in weight and is only available to certain countrys. Delivery from 20 working days. Item cannot be tracked with this service.

Parcelforce Global Value - This is valid for anything up to 30kg in weight. Delivery within 4-7 days. Item cannot be tracked with this service.

Parcelforce Global Priority - This is valid for anything up to 30kg in weight. Guaranteed delivery between 3-5 days. Item is trackable.

Packaging

With every order, 50p of the shipping cost is packing. We pack your items suitably for shipping. Should you need to return any items to us for any reason, please be sure to do the same.

Customs Charges

Those of you living outside of the UK may find your orders are subject to customs charges. We MUST write the package contents on the packet by law. We cannot and will not mark any orders as gift. In the case of free gifts, if your order meets the criteria for free gifts as advertised on site, and you are worried about having to pay extra customs charges for them, then please be sure to tell us that you do not want them included at checkout. We are not responsible for any customs charges you incur for you order. The customer assumes all responsibility for any customs charges once the order has been placed.

Returns

We cannot accept returns of any goods on our site that you have opened due to health and safety regulations in regard to hair hygiene. The only exception to this rule is for the Corioliss hair straightening irons which can be returned for refund if found to be faulty. They must be returned intact with all original documents and box. In the unlikely event of goods being sent in error, please email us and return to us by recorded post. A refund or exchange for the right items will be issued on receipt. When any goods are returned to us as a result of us making a mistake, we shall refund the return postage cost on receipt. See terms and conditions for your right to cancel.

You have 7 days after recieving your order in which to cancel. Unwanted goods must then be returned at your own expense by recorded delivery to 62 Tallents Crescent, Batford, Harpenden, Hertfordshire, AL5 5BS, UK. They must be well packaged as they were sent to you, and the products being returned must be undamaged and in the same new condition in which they were sent out. A refund for the returned goods will be made to you within 30 days of recieving the product back at our address. Your legal rights are not affected.

Loss/delay in transit

We ask you to email us and let us know that your item has not arrived and allow us time to track it (if you choose a trackable shipping method). We will resolve the issue with you via email. If you need something by a certain date, make sure you let us know so we can get your order out promptly.
