Disclaimer: All items are sent recorded delivery and so we will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. All hair orders are made out of new clean materials, and all our equipment is sterilised. Therefore, we will not be held responsible for any hair related health concerns on receipt of your order or there after. Refunds are not available, as it is against health and safety regulations to resell hair. All sales are final. Regarding all hair extensions, you the customer, are responsible for your choice of extensions. You will agree upon the style, colour, appointment date and cost prior to your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable and go towards the total cost of your appointment. Regarding all hair colouring, you the customer are responsible for your choice of colours. You agree on the colour, appointment date and cost, prior to the appointment. You are responsible for giving accurate, honest information on allergies and any contraindications that may affect your hair colour appointment. If you are a new client, a colour skin test will be performed 48 hours before your colour appointment. Diversity hair reserves the right to cancel your appointment if it is felt that your hair is not suitable for the appointment booked, or if you arrive very late. No hair extensions of any kind will be applied to anyone under the age of 16 without prior written consent from a proven parent or guardian.
