Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Diversity Hair’s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

The term ‘Diversity Hair’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ or ‘our’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 62 Tallents Crescent, Harpenden, Herts, AL5 5BS. Our company registration number is 7573427. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Hours of business

Shop and custom orders will be processed on weekdays Monday – Friday 9am – 3pm, with the exception of UK public and bank holidays. Orders can be made at any time, but orders made after 3pm will be processed next working day. Our Phoneline will be open 9am-5pm with answering service if we are not available, outside of these hours only answer phone messages will be taken and replied to within 2 working days. We can be reached by email any time. Business open all year with the exception of bank holidays and personal holidays, which will be advertised on site to allow time for orders to be taken and dispatched before then.

Orders

Orders can be made at any time, but orders made after 3pm will be processed next working day. Please order carefully and check you cart contents before submitting the order. Please make sure the contact details supplied with your order are correct incase we need to contact you.

Your right to cancel

Cancellations do not apply to any custom items such as Terrorpins Jewellery which are all made to order. If you change your mind about your order, you may cancel at any time up to 7 days after delivery. To do this you must write to us either via email or by post to the following address:

The goods must then be returned at your own expense to the above address. They must be well packaged as they were sent to you, and the products being returned must be undamaged and in the same new condition in which they were sent out. A refund for the returned goods will be made to you within 30 days of cancellation. Your legal rights are not affected.

Products

A note about a couple of our products: In the case of our kanekalon jumbo braid we have listed these items by brand to allow you to choose the brand you work best with. If the colour you have selected is out of stock in that particular brand, you will be emailed and offered an alternative or refund before your order goes out. In the case of Scoubidou plastic tubing, this comes in roughly 2.5 yard lengths and customers must note that due to the nature of the packing from the manufacturer, some of the plain colours may show colour bleed from other colours. If you are worried about this, then please email before buying. Whilst all effort is made to keep the Scoubidou tubing straight, some bending of the lacing may occur in transit, so please be advised it may need to be re-shaped at your end.

Stock

Stock levels are as large as we can make them and will be replenished regularly. If an item you want is out of stock please email us and we will give you an estimate of when it will be available again. If the items you have ordered have just gone out of stock at time of ordering or we do not have enough of a certain colour you have ordered, we will try to contact you with other options. If we recieve no response before our shipping deadline of 3pm same day we will either replace with an alternative brand in the same colour or refund for the missing items. This is to ensure you recieve your order promptly.

Colour Charts

Please be aware that although our colour charts have been created by us to be as accurate as possible, colours may vary slightly from monitor to monitor, so colour charts should be used as a guide only.

Prices

Item prices are kept as low as they can be and may be subject to change without prior notice. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and size of your order and its destination. 50p of your shipping quote is packaging costs for that order.

Payment

Payments are processed using PayPal Website Payments. Credit and Debit cards and PayPal payments can be accepted through this. You do not need a paypal account to pay. UK pounds sterling only will be accepted. If you pay with foreign currency your order will be rejected and you will be contacted to make payment in the correct currency. We regret we cannot accept Cash, Cheques or Money orders at this time.

Free Gifts, Offers and Customs charges

Free gifts and offers are given at our discretion. They will be advertised on the website, and often also on Twitter and our facebook page. If your order meets the offer/free gift criteria then the free gift will be included in your package with the items you ordered. Be aware that if you live outside the UK, you may have to pay customs charges for your order. We are legally obliged to write the contents and value of your order on the package for customs purposes. These contents will include the free gifts and their value. We have to list these items by law, so if you do not want to risk having extra customs charges on the item due to free gifts, then please state at checkout that you do not want them included. We take no responsibility for any customs charges you incur, so please be aware of this before ordering.

Order processing times

All orders will be depatched by 3pm on the same day Monday to Friday. Orders made after 3pm will be shipped next day. If there is a delay on this you will be informed by email. Orders made after 3pm on a Friday will go out on the following Monday.

Wholesale

Wholesale pricing is available for Terrorpins Jewellery line. Please contact us using the details below, providing information about your business. We will not disclose wholesale pricing or set up a wholesale account for anyone other than a registered business.

General information

We reserve the right to change any content or prices on this website without prior notice. Once items have been recieved, we accept no responisibility for any misuse of items. If you have having extensions installed, please always make sure it is by a trained professional who can show you their qualifications. When using home products that do not require professional assistance, always rwad the label/instructions.
